How do people with Acid Reflux deal with milk? I mean, alot of the best probiotic things are yogurts, cheese, milk, etc. Do you find that probiotics like Kefir make your reflux worse?
I am lactose intolerant so I don't consume a lot of dairy, but I find that I do ok with yogurts and probiotics. You want to stick with low-fat, low-sugar yogurts.
