I have the US boxset and US Bluray so apart from a decades old Tom Savini thing the US box is good enough.
The "directors cut" is nothing of the kind.
It's an unfinished version with none of the well known music track and it was the state the film was in when Romero had the opportunity to premiere it at the Cannes Film Festival.
The Theatrical version is the real directors cut - as in "Director Approved".
Although I find it inferior the Argento version in HD would have been enough to make me buy it.
But the US Bluray of the main film is usually well under a tenner so the UK set is hard to justify for those who already have the US releases
In the US set all 3 versions have commentaries and I was surprised that the 4 main cast members were on the Argento version.
I wonder if thats included too
