George grew up in New Hampshire and is an avid hiker. A week after a summer hike he developed a rash on his calf. The appearance of the rash was unique: it had a red center and another red area making it look like the "Target" store logo. The rash faded but a couple of weeks later he had flu-like symptoms. After these went away he experienced fatigue and nervousness. When he went to the doctor they observed he had an irregular heart beat.
