ok so i ride on average of 4 hours of 40kms per day on my bike, i have a numb scrotum and penis and its spreading to my thighs, i have now determined its my bike, so will the feeling return if i stop riding or will i always have numb nuts? how can i fix this? please! thanks, oh and im 17 and 220lbs
