There's one section where there's only one person and i don't want to vote for that person, am I allowed to omitt certain sections? For example, can I skip the "CA senator section" if I don't want to vote for anybody in that particular section? I know I'm not suppose to vote for more than one person per section, but the instructions are vague here about not voting for anyone in a column, please help, thanks!
