This question is more for general GED.
OK so here's my story.
Grade 10, better than average in school, but just plain hate it.
So here's my theory, why waste my time at school when I could be working full time and saving up for an apartment?
I understand you must be 18 for the test and been out of school for a minimum of 10 months.
I am wondering the equivalency of the tests, lets say you pass the Math test, is that equal to getting a Math 30 in normal high school?
And is the GED mostly took by dropouts and failures or has smart people took the test for the same reason I am?
Finally, how is the GED in the college/university acceptance category, is it took A LOT LESS seriously or is there close to equal chance as a high school graduate?
