Gears of War 3 Pre-Order Savage Grenadier Elite Walk-In or Online only?

So I was just wondering if the Pre-Order bonus character (In this case Savage Grenadier Elite) From Walmart was only an Online Bonus or could I possibly walk in, pre-order, and get the bonus?
