single-payer (like Medicare) is so horrible that people with it are far more satisfied, along with the US single-payer system showing that it wastes far less of money on bullshit overhead.
Not to mention how this Harvard study estimated how many hundreRAB of billions the US could save on healthcare every year with a single-payer system.
