GDI business:- what domain name(.ws) should I choose to promote my GDI business?

I am soon joining Global Domains Int. Please suggest which domain name will be suitable for promoting this business(GDI) itself. I don't have much idea about Search Engine Optimization etc. So please suggest the suitable domain name which will be easy to promote.
Please suggest do I really need to worry about Search Engine Optimisation etc. or I should just choose anything like easymoney.ws/ makemoney.ws/ mygdi.ws or gdicanada.ws etc?
