I am trying to hook up my new Samsung Blu-ray player to a router so I can use the internet features. When I run the test, I can't get past the gateway ping. It says a physical connection was made but it cannot connect. I have no idea what to do or who to call for help. My router is Belkin and I just installed it specifically for the Blu-ray. Thanks.
