Ok so I don't know what my brother did to this computer and he suddenly when i try to get on the screen is black when it gets past the @ Microsoft Corporation Loading screen. I don't have a reboot CD or anything like that. What to do now? Oh and i don't want a specialist to look at it because you know.. i just can't afford it.
