Hi there,
I just wanted to ask a question:
i had gastroanteritis on wednesday/thursday with vomiting and diarrhea, i then fainted on thursday morning, was on my own so don't know how long i actually stayed on the floor, i managed somehow to crawl back into bed, and called a nuraber with nurses...they didnt send me an arabulance so i just stayed in my bed the whole thursday after fainting i just didnt want to move as it was the first time i ever fainted,
i then was till feeling unwell and worried about the fainting so i went to my gp just accross the road when i felt i could actually walk, my heart was racing, my blood pressure was low and machine didnt want to pick it up for a few times, the doctor had to go back to basics (i have low blood pressure since the end of august, i had about 20days of treatment by two different french doctors, and then nothing as i am in the uk now and they dont treat hypotension here), i had a massive headache since i had woken up from fainting, she said i was dehydrated, so she called up an arabulance for me to take me to hospital to have a drip, so i went.
I came back home later on the evening and slept all friday/saturday, i drank 4 bottles of water of 1.5L since friday (we are sunday) and i still feel very thirsty despite drinking all that and having taken sachets to keep hydrated. Is this a normal reaction or should i worry about it still??
I still feel a mild headache and get dizzy from time to time, just writing up this makes me dizzy! but have enough being in bed! I am starting to eat small portions of meals if i can call it that way, pastas and also soup, tonigh i had a slice of chicken with soup, and ate some yogurts and fruit pur
