I have a 1995 Dodge Intrepid, it's in great condition, about 80,000 miles, and runs well. I am about 400 miles over my oil change, but I'm going to do that tomorrow (I've been outrageously busy planning my wedding.) Tonight on my drive home, I noticed that every time I took a turn, an overwhelmingly strong odor of gasoline hits me. It smells as strong as if someone is holding a bowl of gas under my nose. Could this be because of my overdue oil change? Or possibly something more serious?
