I just pulled and cleaned the carbs off of a 1982 Suzuki GS650. Now, there's a small drip from where the right-hand carb meets the airbox, and a stream of gas coming off the bottom of the airbox.

I have tightened the clamps as good as they can be, and everything looks secure.

Thanks.

Any thoughts?

Yeah, it's probably a stuck float, a misadjusted float, or a problem with one of your needle valves. Does that have a vaccume petcock? My GS850 did. If it starts, I would try to ride it around the block a few times and see if there is some crud keeping one of the needle valves from sealing. Also, see if it floods out one of the cylinders. That may help to let you know what carb is messed up. You can see what one isn't running right by spraying water on the header and seeing what one is running cooler.

Good luck!

Carb problems on a 4cyl can be frustrating to troubleshoot.
