I am having an issue with Nissan and my lease. They stated to me that they would work out payments with me, but didn't and I got a notice from a collection agency that I needed to pay the 4000. I spoke w/ Nissan Financial, Dealer and Turnover company; all of which told me they could/would do payments. they proceeded to tell me that I would have to work the payments out w/ the collection agency. My questions is; Can they try to garnish my wages if I can't pay quick enough and since they won't take payments.
Thanks.. They haven't said anything, but I have never had a debt that large and based on what they told me; they aren't holding up their end. I do not have the car; the lease ended.
