this against the law? Garland Gehrke Trucking out of Lincoln Illinois. I quit on them from running me where it was against the law all the time they did this. Well they are holding/keeping my last check from me. Is this against the law? How can i get my last check from them?Thanks
They are holding or keeping my check. I quit because they run you illegal all the time....where you might as well throw your log book out the window. Any way to get my check. I was told to file with illinois labor dept. Im sure its againt the law....along with some of thier other practices they put on their drivers. I just want my last check and be on my way.
