Garden Check List (End Of Season)?

I have a tomato garden and only use it for that crop and I'm going to clean it up and get rid of the spent plants and get it ready for next season. Is there any thing I need to do like add any soil or admendments, etc? I already added a bunch of stuff at the start of the year in the spring. Any thing like lime needed? Thanks.
