gaps in employment history when applying for home loan?

Hello, situation is i have a 5 month gap in between jobs and wrote a letter plus sent transcripts to the loan officer that at that during that time, i was going to school. I only finished two months of it.. the question is: will they actually follow up and investigate, by inquiring my college if i was enrolled for the whole semester? (when in fact i did only two months of school and 5 months of vacation before i started my next job..)

honesty is the best policy. i'm sure they will follow up . a loan officer will want to know if you are still indebted to student loans etc.

I'm quite sure that they will investigate you. They will check your history because it's part of the requirement. | Home Loan
