gaming computer help!!!?

i need a new pc for gaming. i dont want to spend more than 1200 period i want a good pc that would able to play empire total war and other new games on ultra high? i would like to get a tower that has 6 or 8gb memory and pretty good motherboard and prosseor so that way i could get a $400 graphics card thanks
