My current gaming computer just recently died for the 4th time in 4-5 years, and I think it is time to stop upgrading it and let it go. I would like a new computer with top of the line parts for the best gaming experience possible.
I have a friend who works at a computer shop in my town and is very experienced with computers, he is the one who fixed my computer three out of the four times it died (he did not do a shoddy job, the computer is just dying like all old machines do).
So my question is, should I buy an already built computer from a company like Alienware, Digital Storm, Vigor etc.? Or should I pay my friend to build me a new computer?
I hear that getting a computer hand built is much cheaper, is this true?
