Gameshark Shiny and Wild codes together...?

Okay, uber-geeks of the world, I've got a challenge for you. Is there a way to combine the Gameshark codes for Shiny Poke'mon with the codes to catch particular wild Poke'mon (the 83007CEE0xxxx code)?
