While playing The Sims 3. I noticed a buzzing noise and a pause. The game continued to play but then it happened again. So then I switched to another game I had and it did the same exact thing. I have an L650 Toshiba Laptop with Intel HD Graphics(I5). I have done memory scans and research on Direct X, but nothing. It would be really neat if someone could help me figure this out. Thanks.
Games will make a quick pause along with a sharp buzzing noise and then continue?
