Games to motivate sales?

I work at a Cell Phone Company and I am looking for games to play to motivate Sales. We have played Chutes and Ladders where each product sold was worth a certain point and the person that finishes first wins and it worked out nice. We also played Yellow Brick Road with the same concept. Is there anything else that you have done or played that has helped motivate a sales team or yourself?? All answers are greatly appreciated.
