Games like Surviving Hollywood/High school or Miami/Newyork Nights on the iPhone recommendations?

I loved Surviving Hollywood but it's not on the iPhone but I did find Surviving High School. I also found Newyork Nights but I have to buy it... ;(

Any recommendations on games like those on thd iphone? Preferably free.
