is there something wrong with these sites? i cant load up either of the sites, i keep getting the error :

whats this mean? it was working fine yesterday, and i cant see it being down for maintance, it usually lets you load up the site but gives you a message saying, sorry troopers, warrock.net is termporally down... or some thing like that. i cant start the game either becasue i need to patch from the site but it wont connect to the site. someone help please
i still cant enter it. even after people said it was back up....
