Gameboy ROM Question?

Okay, so I downloaded a ROM from http://www.gameboy-advance-roms.com/game and I'm wondering if I HAVE to delete the game in 24 hours. I used to own the game but it wouldn't save so I gave it to my friend. So what happens if I don't delete it in about 24 hours what may happen? Will I be banned from the website or like will the governemnt track me down?
