When I recently started playing Pokemon Yellow again my game would occasionally freeze, then one day when I turned it on after it did the start up screen that all gameboy games have where it says Gameboy and Nintendo the screen went white and wouldn't do anything. So I opened my game up and there were these little white crystals all over the inside mostly around the battery and when I swabbed the entire front of the card with alcohol it worked just fine. Any ideas on what those crystals were and how to get rid of them, also how do you change the battery on gameboy games because the battery on my Pokemon silver game is dead and I want to replace it.
