Game Emulators on cell phones?

I have a vnes emulator for my cell phone and I have downloaded MeBoybuilder.
The games emulated on Vnes on my cell phone don't play sound. Why is that?
Also, nor do the Meboy ones.
One more thing: I've downloaded some games to put onto Meboy builder, but none of them work. Where can I get working ones of Final Fantasy VI and Kingdom hearts Chain of memories?
