I have discovered that the virtual keyboard on the Galaxy Tab is only triggered to appear when I tap on a web page 'edit box'... but not on a 'text field' such as on some forums. It is the same with other websites, such as Google Docs - I cannot write in text fields because the keyboard doesn't pop up. This is a serious limitation. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Is there a way to force the virtual keyboard to appear?
