Galactic Civilizations 1: download?

Galactic Civilizations 1 does nothing and just sits in my processes on task manager. It's been like this ever since I reinstalled windows (I kept GC1 on a backup hard drive). Maybe it's because the new Windows doesn't know about the GC1 on the other hard drive, so I think I have to reinstall it.

Does anyone know where I can download Galactic Civilizations 1 ?
