I'm 21 yrs old n only 38kg. I need 2 gain weight but my metabolism rate is too high. I'm trying 2 eat more n try 2 get some exercise. Can any1 tell me if study belly dancing will make me loose weight or gain weight? Because wat I'm learning atm is basic belly dancing, means I learn all the basic moves n dance along w soft music. And is there any other exercises that are good for gaining weight?
