Hey guys,
I was just motivated, and I would like to return to weight lifting. The thing is, I am not entirely positive about this. I worked out, had classes, took protein shakes and supplements, and it got me nowhere. I took classes, I didnt eat so great, but tried. I want to gain muscle, but where should I start? I took classes for 2 years, and not much results. I am on a budget, so no personal trainer. How can i motivate myself, or be on the way to a workout. I am 6'4" if that helps. Might be my body?
