What is the law on possessing just marijuana stems and only a small amount at that in Ga. I believe I was caught with this. The officer did not show me what he found only said he found something. The only thing in my home was a few stems, I think. Is this still counted as misdemeanor under one ounce? Total bogus search of my dorm. Someone was growing plants on campus and my name came up because I work near the place they found them. Was not me doing that, but I want to know what they can do about the stems.
