G1 Volume during call Low?

I fix a lot of G1's in my repair shop;mostly cracked glass (Digitizers) and LCD's. Also alot of liquid damaged too. I have noticed lately there are alot of G1 users complaining of Low Volume in the speaker when making a call. Some of these have been previously fixed, others have this as the first problem ever with their particular handset. I have isolated it down to a bad speaker flex near the LCD assembly. First, has anyone else experienced this? Second, does anyone know where I can get this part. None of my part guys carry this, but all have said they've had requests. Just checking to see if this might be a model wide problem...or just a bad bunch of phones in the Denver Metro area(My shop's in Castle Rock). Thanx in advance.
 
I strange, why none of my customer complained to me about this problem.

I unlocked less than 40 piece of G1 only.
