Tell them straight up that you are paranoid about them getting caught. The only thing you are doing there is looking out for them so that they don't get themselves into serious trouble. And if they don't listen and try to ridicule you or try and say your against them then tell them to go fuck themselves because those aren't the friends you need.

An update:
I've decided I'm just going to rent a room near the college for the first year. Perhaps I should have refrained from posting this thread seeing as it's kind of a major DUH issue.
In other news, one of my roommates is getting kicked out of his house this month, without any money saved up he can look forward to working full time, while taking a few units a semester. I suppose now he can be free to grow as much as he chooses, though I don't know where he's going to get the money to start up this little operation. His philosophy is that everything is going to workout like it always does.
We shall see.
