I han lurabar fusion L4&5 Dec 5 2009 this is from a slip and fall Feb of 2009 I was working at the time so it's a L&I claim in the state of Wash. following that fusion I had cervical fusion c5&6 May 21 2010 May 23 I was put back in the hospital for pnemonia from being intubated, spent 6 days for that illness my lower lurabar has has not been repaired I have more pain than I did before the surgury. Now L&I has begun to really fast tract my claim to get it closed my Doctor has said it will be more than 90 or more days before I'm MMI but has allowed a PCE/ physical capsity evaluation and then do everything in there power to get me off there books. Any horror stories would love to hear from you Thanks ed994
