Fusic Trouble

well i finally programmed a "ready-to-go" Fusic off of ebay. I thought all had gone fine untill someone tried to call me and it went to the "this nuraber has been disconnected" message. I can call out.. just no one can call in.. idk whats wrong should i just return the phone and get a refund or is there a way to fix this?
