Fuse or flasher unit?

some cars had 2 flashers one for the emergency flasher system and another for the turns. I just read the manual for this car and it stated the flasher was either mounted on the steering columb or on the left side under the dash panel. i suspect this is the location on yours, accessed from the lowering of the glove box lid. by the way a bad bulb can cause this do you have a lamp that goes out when you have the turns toward on and apply the brake? if so check that bulb. my daughter had a 92 lasabre when it ran good it was a nice car both weeks.

The emergency flashers/parking lights work on my 1993 Buick Lesabre but I can't get the turn signals to flash. The fuse looks fine. Where do I troubleshoot next? And if it's a flasher unit, where would I look for this and how do I replace?
