Hello all,
I've had occasional back pain since I was 18, but now, in mid-30's, I did something (still not sure what) to cause a flare up of middle back pain that is truly worrying. I'm sure these symptoms are old-hat to many of you, but I find myself not able to move quickly, and if I get bumped, I wince. If I'm not hypervigilant about how I move through the day, I can end up doubled over, not sure how to get upright again.
I've been in the market for some new furniture lately and I wonder if you have any recommendations for recliners and or couches that would be good for posture? I've been to the "relaxtheback" store and their stuff is good, but in the reclined position, you're staring at the ceiling. Any recs for something that would still allow you to watch TV?
Thanks
