I found this auction on eBay tonight. I thought it was funny and wanted to share it with everyone and kinda get some input because it is a really low price.

The reason it probably won't make calls in the UK is because it was reported stolen. Right? That is the only reason an IMEI is locked like that in the UK. Am I correct?
