but now their guy is about to make the biggest one IN HISTORY by this so called stimulus bill, isn't it?

I don't think any of this is funny...but I do think it's necessary...and so do most economists.

Exactly and Bush took 8 years to spend what he spent. This fool has taken less then 30 days. Can't wait to watch what he spends in the next 4 years, can you?

Amazing part is that they are all dumb enough to believe his crap, that this is going to stimulate the economy ! It is going to get really ugly with him at the helm !

I think this job is over Obama's head. Obama is a community organizer so I'll cut him a little slack.

If he gets TARP 2 passed, he will have TRIPPLED the deficit in lest than 30 days.

Actually NO ~ Most Economists Do NOT Believe This Stimulus Plan is Necessary or Even a Good Idea!In Fact the NON-Partisan Congressional Budget Office has already stated This Stimulus Plan will do more Harm then Good!Doing Nothing Would be Better!

They can't blame obama, they will be call racist, so they have to bite their tongues.

Have you studied history? The stimulus bill is based on proven economic facts. They used it to get us out of the Great Depression and out of the recession in the 50s. We know also have the Hoover Dam (able to provide nearly 1/3rd of the power needed to power all of the Western US...a huge return on investment) and the federal highway system (another huge return on investment). What else would you suggest he do? at least he's spending the money on America, not on foreign countries and friends like Bush.It never ceases to amaze me how ignorant of history people can be.

Lets take trip down memory lane. From 2001- 2006 the Republican Party controlled both HOUSES of Congress. During that time they passed numerous spending bills with added pet projects. My question is how man of these spending bills did George W. Bush veto? The answer is zero not one spending bill did he reject.Mr. Bush made case for war in Iraq with attempt to tie 9-11 to to Iraq as result of his efforts we paying for cost of war to tune of trillions of dollars.During the Bush years little or regulation of the banking industry or attempts to deal with pending crisis was under taken by the administration. The usual answer to solve the fiscal crisis in DC is the old Republican tune cut taxes that is cut taxes on the rich and it will trickle down and aid the economy did not work under Harding, Coolidge, Hoover and Reagan. Or the famous phrase of Bush 1, "read my lips no new taxes."
