Funny feeling in stomach, ora and dizziness

Every month or so I experience something strange, first I get an Ora (strange smell) that I cannot describe, followed by a feeling in my stomach, almost like butterflies when you are nervous or excited,I then often go dizzy and a headache soon follows, I have recently had an MRI, EEG an blood tests because of this and the results came back as "normal" with no abnormalities. Does anyone know what this might be?
 
I to have ben having these strange sensations... i get light headed, headach at the front of my forehead, nervous stomach for no reason and can be followed with a nausea feeling have you found out if anything is wrong or can it just be we have real bad headaches??? my doc said they can also be anxiety related x
