Funky weird bumps on my hand, help?

So on Tuesday I looked down at my hand and noticed that I had some bumps on my hand but I didn't really think anything of it. But it's still there and there are at least 20 in a cluster and it doesn't really hurt unless something touches it. Any ideas of what it can be?
 
How big are they? Are they white or red or a different color? Is it a rash (like an allergic reaction to touching poison ivy)? Are they bug bites? Do they itch? Is it spreading? Are the individual bumps getting bigger?
