Fun Summer Ideas? (including pool/ go cart)?

I'm about to go to my cousins house, we're planning on having lots of fun, but the problem is that I don't have that many ideas on fun stuff to do there... I was hoping someone could tell me lots of fun ideas to do when I'm there (these ideas can deal with the pool/go cart)
 
Amusement parks, play around in Wal-Mart (i know it sounds silly but we do it where I'm from), If they live near the beach you HAVE to go to the beach, If they live near a river go canoeing or maybe do some swimming down there( depending on if there is allot of snakes around), if they live near a place with white Water rapids that's always fun, hiking, etc, etc there's a whole bunch of stuff you can do! Look up places in their town see what they have to do for fun!
