I'm not overweight or anything I just want to be a bit more toned, I've been wanting to for awhile, but my boyfriend pointed out today that I'm a bit soft. I've been wanting to lose around 10lbs,(really hard for me, no self control) and firm up some areas; mainly my butt, thighs, arms, and stomach. I really like the outdoors, but I need something I can do everyday. Also I'm a vegan and have been hearing great things about weight watchers but would prefer something free. I hate my stomach it bulges out about a 1/2 inch right above where my pants would be, also everything is jiggly, I hate being naked even by myself. Please help!
