It's on ITV 4 just now.

Has a character ever had better dialogue than Sgt hartman.

"I want that head so clean the Virgin Mary herself would be proud to take a dump in there"

The actor was an actual drill instructor before he took up acting. Wonder how much of it he took from his own repertoire? :D
Fabulous film btw.
 
He was a gunnery seargant. Watch Lock and load if you're a fan of Lee Emery. Besides him firing all sorts of weapons, (from bows and arrows to artillery:cool:) He talks to the viewer like he talks in FMJ. One of my favourite films incidentally. Quite a bit of the second half was filmed at the isle of dogs in London trivia fans.
