full carbon or alu/carbon bike frame?

i am thinking of getting my first road bike.
i think i have narrowed it down to 2 bikes verenti millook and verenti rhigos 03.
both have exactly the same components as each other except for the frame material.
rhigos 03 is full carbon frame.
millook is alu with carbon rear stays

rhigos is 300g lighter but £250 more expensive.

what will the different be and is carbon worth it.
