My laptop has gone into a mode, where there is only one user available (windows user) and it won't let me access the internet, the details are a little sketchy, but I believe it may be due to the fact that I might have a virus of some kind, regardless it has entered a mode of some kind and I have lost the other users and I the laptop has reset in someway.
