Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo P5615 PC upgrade?

Hi people, I´m not much of expert so i need your help

I have Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo P5615 PC (esprimo 5 model) with d2461-a1 motherboard
and i wannt to know if it supports Ati Radeon HD 5450 1 GB DDR3
and if it supports CPU Athlon 64 X2 6000+ (the cosket matches but they mentiuo some wats or something... :)

I have 3 gb ram ddr2
3500+ CPU
HDD 320 gb sata

I searched the internet but I got little bit confuzed :)
