On my laptop (Fujitsu Laptop) whenever I turn capitals on or off, an icon pops up on the screen with the padlock either opening or closing for whether caps are on or off. It has an A in the padlock, if you want to see what it looks like go here:

Mine looks a little different but it's similar thing, and I do not have a Dell laptop, so that guide doesn't for me! I JUST WANT TO GET RID OF IT - IT'S GETTING SO ANNOYING!
I need it for something crucial as well, so please... apart from what most people say 'just un-install your keyboard' explain what I need to do in details and leave contact details!!
